The Managing Consultant of OLANI BRDGE (PTY) LTD, a RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – A President’s Panel Member) Accredited Commercial Mediator has over 26 years of solid construction experience. His experience also covers pre-contract work such as estimates and bill of quantity preparation. He has worked on many projects (in charge of either Commercial and/or Operations) which include but not limited to low-cost housing schemes; top-end residential developments; shopping malls; fuel depots; commercial high-rise buildings; warehouses; institutional buildings such as hospitals; schools; colleges and infrastructural developments. Over all these years he has learnt a lot of construction management and administration and is now able to share those lessons and observations made with others. He has various qualifications in Quantity Surveying; Marketing; Business Administration and Mediation and is a former Committee member of Gauteng Branch of C.I.O.B. (Chartered Institute of Builders).
